Investera Holdings is a family-operated holding company based in Kalamazoo, Michigan. We acquire commercial cleaning, janitorial, and adjacent service businesses, and then actually run and improve them. We are not a broker, not a passive fund, and not a private-equity firm that buys from a spreadsheet and disappears. We are operators who own and run cleaning companies ourselves, which means when you sell your business to us, it passes to people who understand the work, respect what you built, and intend to make it stronger.

Investera Holdings was founded by Cameron Tran and built alongside his father, Ronald Tran, on a simple conviction: cleaning and service companies are best owned by people who understand and operate them. The family already builds and runs businesses in this space — including CT Cleaners and Optimal Facility Services — so we bring capital, modern systems, and hands-on leadership to every company we acquire.
